Hayley Ricks

Hayley manages recruitment across all of Alpha divisions in North America, Lionpoint, Asset and Wealth Management, Technology Services, and Insurance. Hayley came to Alpha from Two Sigma Investments where she managed recruitment for roles within Finance, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development. She has previous recruitment experience within technology consulting, high-growth start-ups, as well as on the agency side.
