The Client Challenge

  • Inadequate System:  Prior system utilized could not handle complex fund structures or the nuances of private debt funds
  • No internal SME:  Required input on system architecture and design and integration strategy with other technology solutions

  • Document requirements: Documented requirements to understand design and development of fund structures, automations and key reports
  • Testing: Created test plan, test data and test scenarios to direct user acceptance testing of all automations and reports
  • Change management and implementation: Led change management, training, and rollout efforts for key business processes

The Client Benefit

  • System aligned to business requirements: Expertise on best practice system design and architecture
  • Data integrity: Migration and reconciliation of data for the client’s official books and records
  • Efficiency through automation: Development and testing of reports and automations to support monthly and quarterly accounting processes
