Our Application Process
1. Apply today by uploading your resume and transcript (unofficial or official)
2. Eligible candidates will be invited to a video interview stage, where you will answer questions about your motivation for applying to the role and company (30 minutes)
3. Successful candidates will be invited to a Lionpoint Super Day – a 4-hour online event that consists of a welcome call where you hear a bit more about Lionpoint, 2 interviews where you will have the opportunity to meet the team, and finally a wrap up session where you can ask any questions you may have!
4. The final step will be a 30-minute Final Round interview with one of our Lionpoint leadership team – a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.

Career Paths
You will be supported to progress through each grade at Alpha, with formal appraisal and promotion opportunity once a year. - Consulting Career Path
The North American career path will be as follows: Analyst > Consultant > Manager > Senior Manager > Director > Partner > Senior Partner. We have many graduates who have progressed through all the grades (and often in a shorter time frame than our competitors due to the high level of responsibility we give our talent).
- Technical Career Path
The North American career path will be as follows: Analyst Developer > Consultant > Solution Architect > Enterprise Architect > Principal Architect > Partner > Senior Partner.
