Managers are often looking towards technology to help them achieve head count efficiency and scalability across their organization with the expectation of increasing returns. The reality is that without a unified and focused strategy on how to implement and orient the solutions, the value drawn from these technology investments is being left idle.

Lionpoint Group continues to invest in our credit technology practice by hiring experienced resources in the areas of front office technology and strategy. Bill McMahon has joined to enhance the fixed income technology practice and will be based out of our New York City office. He brings extensive knowledge in all areas of Black Mountain’s Everest and K2 products and carries a deep perspective on how the broader fixed income markets are solving their most pressing challenges. Additionally, he has expertise in WSO, Geneva, FactSet and other industry-specific products.

Prior to joining Lionpoint, Mr. McMahon was a Product Advocate at Black Mountain Systems for seven years. He educated and strategized with hundreds of investment firms on how best to leverage their front office technology. He also worked in technology leadership roles at Street Solutions where he advised the institutional broker dealers on their mortgage conduit technology.
