Joe leads the Real Assets practice at Lionpoint and has created a best practice toolkit and implementation approach for Anaplan across the real estate investment lifecycle.
Joe has extensive experience in corporate and commercial real estate strategy, investment appraisal, and financial planning and analysis.
His real estate background, master accreditation for the industry solution, Anaplan, and native Scottish accent, have led to Joe being unofficially crowned Lionpoint’s King of Anaplan technology demonstrations.
As part of Joe’s role at Lionpoint, he leads the design and implementation of multiple Anaplan solutions across real estate and alternative investment firms. Additionally, he provides coaching and mentoring to Anaplan model builders within client businesses, training them on best practices to fully benefit from the solution.
Joe’s education includes a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering.
